A very homely place, it is somewhat hidden since the facade does not seem to be that of a restaurant. You have to knock on the wooden door to enter. The food is very delicious, it is not that cheap but it is well worth the cost. In addition to the fact that they are very friendly when serving, the yema bread is super delicious.

It is not labeled, the door is made of wood almost right in the corner you have to knock on the door. It is advisable to reserve to avoid waiting. They offer you a free tasting of mezcal and some peanuts. The food is delicious, it's a little slow because the kitchen is small. The decoration and music of the place is pleasant in keeping with its roots.

Personally, I loved the food and I give it 5 stars. There is room for improvement in the chocolate, whether water or milk, it lacks flavor. Additionally, if they could improve the toilet it would be much better.

A very nice place, the atmosphere feels very cozy, and the food is delicious. What I liked most was the hot chocolate—oh, so delicious.

What an incredible place, it was a little difficult for us to find the place because it is not labeled, it is a house that is on the corner of a mini supermarket, it is a place with authentic flavors, everything is delicious. They welcome you with a courtesy of mezcal, peanuts and grasshoppers, the 3-meat tlayuda is exquisite, the yema bread, the chocolate... If you like Oaxacan food, this place is unmissable. They accept card payments.

When we arrived, we were lost because the entrance didn't look like a restaurant. When you get to the street, you realize it's just a normal house. But when they open the doors and you enter, you're directed to the tables. It's a very bright and well-decorated place. It's absolutely beautiful. Above all, the hostesses' service makes you feel as if you were in Oaxaca, which is extremely friendly. The waiter is about 9 years old, but his service is super friendly and lively. I was very happy to be served by such lovely people. For food, I ordered a large clayuda of cecina, which I liked. It was a little salty, but that's understandable since cecina is a meat like that. We were greeted with a complimentary peanut and mezcal, which was delicious. I would definitely go back and enjoy their seasoning. We hope to go again soon. Regarding the prices, they are a bit high, but it's worth it because they will take you to Oaxaca.

Without a doubt, I would attend this magical place again, the gastronomy, the attention, the warmth and the decoration, make you feel in Oxaquena lands. A little piece of Oaxaca south of CDMX! (The water chocolate and tlayuda combined with grasshoppers is a gem). (It is always a pleasure to be able to eat, have breakfast or dinner in Huaxolotipac).

A very beautiful and cozy place, a little piece of Oaxaca in the city, the food is very delicious and the service spectacular, I would definitely return
